BESA Statistics 2.1

BESA Statistics 2.1 builds on earlier versions to provide a comprehensive suite of cross-subject statistical analyses of ERP/ERF data, source waveforms, images, time-frequency data, and coherence and connectivity values. Multiple comparison correction routines are built-in so the significance levels of your analyses are not over-inflated. This program can be used for statistical analyses independent of which pre-processing and analysis software you use for your EEG or MEG data.  For instance, it directly reads outputs from BESA Research as well as the BrainVision Core Data Format from BrainVision Analyzer 2.

  • Run parameter-free permutation testing on the basis of:
  • Read various data formats, including
    • Multiple EEG formats (eg BrainVision Core Data Format)
    • Time-Frequency data
    • BESA Connectivity outputs
